Well many of you guys know that I am into photography and creating short films. When looking at colleges I have found that those I am looking at are really expensive, but awesome. After thinking the college courses through and looking at the degree I would complete it with I quickly realized I would amount to nothing with those degrees. In a sentence, basically I would graduate with a degree and end up a poor free lancer. So what could I do to make money doing what I love? Join the Military! I am pushing away the idea of going to college at SCAD, and as soon as a graduate going through with this plan! I want to be a Navy Mass Communication Specialist (photographer/broadcaster). I would capture the Navy in photograph stills, writing, radio and broadcasting. Everything I would need to know would be taught to me at a special 27 week educational course, as well as the regular 9 week boot camp. I will get to do what I love, be in the military and travel the world ! I hope this goal is achievable and I cant wait to see what the future beholds!
