Well, many of you know that although I dont wear a work uniform my norm is khakis and a polo shirt. I have a type of shirt I like so I bought a bunch....they come in black, tan, and green. Today I chose a Blue shirt as today has been designated for wearing blue to support local law enforcement. Well, on my way to work my desire to wear it was tested. LOL Cruising along the bypass I come to where the 17N folks merge in and an SUV is rolling in, matches speed, and merges in next to me.....as they do here come a car flying up the on ramp....runs out of ramp space before passing the SUV so they continue onto the shoulder and pass the SUV on the shoulder before merging in just in front of them causing the SUV to hit the brakes and swerve into my lane.......and who was it....yep, po-po. The continued on their way at I guess at least 70 mph. Of course some of you will assume they were doing something very important....my guess is they were going to work like the rest of us.....but they can do it however they want because many consider themselves above the laws they enforce. This blue shirt is not for That Guy or any others like him......my thanks and respect go out to those who chose to do the job, and do it right. Maybe help the other ones out....they really dont help folks attitudes toward all of you. Happy Friday All. :-)
