Well moms and dads, I have been procrastinating all day and now I am paying for it! The kids are off school all week but are out with the nanny for the afternoon and all I did was snooze... yes I have a nanny, she is a necessary evil - there are some days that I can barely function and with no family here, well..... Anyway, this year more than ever I need to pre-plan, prep and delegate as much as I can. Ive done most of the shopping for turkey day, except for the actual bird and a few fixings. My kids are in charge of the table settings including place cards. So my question is this: how much and what exactly do you pre make ahead of Thursday? What do you like to delegate to others if you are hosting? What other things can you do ahead of time to make the day easier? Ingrid :-)
