Well my New Years dream/goal is to start a blog...so I am in the process of trying to get it going /to come up with a clever name (I have a few ideas). I hope to share recipes, photos, thoughts, celebrations. Eventually, I would like to prepare an item one day/week and sell it to those near and far to begin a little cottage industry. Im looking for guinea pigs to send items to...whether its ginger snaps, pepper jelly, muffins, soups, gift baskets, etc. to determine shipping and quality as it arrives on your doorstep. Do I have any takers?? :) I thought today was a good day to post since I made a large pot of Minestrone Soup ... I made it for a friend whos husband is in the hospital; for one of our family members who is on bedrest; for my inlaws and oh, yes, for my own family. This is something to be shared...when words do not seem sufficient~perhaps soup speaks when a voice cannot. I also made Chicken and Dumplings for the first time to send to a friend...what was left in the pot, Jess & I went fork to fork!! YUMMY!! I hope this is the beginning of a new personal adventure for me as well as so many special people that have touched my life. Cheers to a new journey...e along with me xo
