Well, my aioli was pretty good. I used 1/4 t dried garlic pieces/flakes, a couple twists of a sea salt grinder and black pepper grinder and a bit of oil (didnt measure). Not bad, never made it before. I was going to mix it into steamed veggies and jasmati rice, but most of the steamed veggies looked disgusting (have I mentioned Im a picky eater?? Lol), freezer burn, so just used the carrots from the mixed veggies and 1/2 c rice with the aioli. Yum! I think fresh garlic would give it a stronger flavor, but its still pretty good
