Well my fellow patriots I did it again. I educated another one. While at Walmart shopping around the sporting goods department, I was talking to someone at the counter about handgun ammo. And another gentleman was standing there asked me where would be the best place to get a CHCL. I informed him that he didnt need one unless he planned to carry out of state. He stated that he doesnt travel much. I then showed him the Arkansas Carry website and let him read Act 746 for himself so that nothing would get lost in translation. While we were talking about it another gentleman was listening in and stated that Act 746 had been sent back to the house for revision. I told him that I hadnt heard that but until it was made public that Constitutional Carry ( open carry or concealed carry without a permit) was still legal. I also informed them both of this group page so that if they had any further questions they were more than welcome to ask them here. Chalk another one up for the good guys.
