Well my gimbal has arrived.... screws do not fit the mounting nuts in the quanum nova and whaddya know 1 of the nuts isnt even fully threaded ffs...... so whilst trying to screw a metal threaded screw in to the brass nut it de-threaded .........wont come out so had to crop the head off the screw.......fully strip the props off and top case showing all the gutz of my nova to get it out ......now using a m2 nylock instead of brass nut...plate now mounted on ...body re-built first mount plate bolted on too, camera gimbal removed and test flight and gps lock ....all ok....now re fit bottom plate to top plate for the gimbal .......... undo the locking screws for the clamp plate for the camera and GRRRRRRRRR now screws are too short for my camera .....trying to track down M2 x 12 or longer is a pain in the ass .................. anyone any suggestions please ?
