Well my head is still spinning from the overwhelming love and support we received yesterday at Raymonds benefit. I want to once again say thank you to everyone who worked so very hard to make the benefit such a success. We have the best family and friends anyone could ask for, we are truly blessed. Our Sunday was a little different today because Raymond had PT this morning because of the holiday later this week he had to get an extra day of therapy in. We were up bright and early but he was just not feeling it today. He went to therapy anyway and made the best of it. Thats just what he does, no matter how tired he is, he keeps going. I know without a doubt that his determination to work hard is what has got him so far in his recovery. He is still talking to me and his voice is getting stronger . We had several visitors today, he managed to give everyone a smile and even ate some crushed ice. We enjoyed all our company and thank you all for coming to see us. Tonight I am feeling blessed, and thankful for all the wonderful people God has placed in our life, thankful for the love of these people and the gift we have been given. Thank you Lord for all these blessings. Thank you for Raymonds continued recovery and being with us each day to guide us and lift us up when we fall. I hope everyone has a great week, be good to each other. We love yall.
