Well, my moderately heavy powerlifting session went smoothly and with a squat of 315, 275 bench and 455 deadlift I had a total of 1045 lbs. These all being below my true max lifts since I didnt want to use a spotter, but still comfortably got me over half a ton without straining anything doing all three heavy the same day for the first time. Finished up with a few dozen one arm rows of a hundred pound dumbbell (RPAC really need heavier dumbbells, lol) and a few on the seated row machine, which felt too easy at 250 lbs and continues my distrust of weight machines. Oh well, there could be much worst problems to have, lol
