Well my mom just got out of the hospital yesterday. She was admitted Monday with chest pain, fever and cough. Naturally we think its pneumonia but nope, she had congestive heart failure worsened by bronchitis along with a UTI. I havnt had much sleep in the past few days..ing back from a sleepless weekend of ball tournaments to sleepless worrisome nights in the hospital. So, Ive been a little grouchy ;). Once again Gordon Hospital ( 2nd floor) has impressed us and thats hard to do lol. The ER needs ALOT of work but inpatient care and the hospitalists are great, especially Dr. Gibson. We did have a couple of nurses that were rude and wanted to be argumentaive when we questioned things ( trying to protect moms kidneys) but we also had some really nice nurses. It seems rudeness is taking over the world, sadly enough. All in all, Gordon Hospital is coming along nicely.
