Well my mother Linda Fox heard back about her thyroid surgery and she did have cancer. They are staging it at 2 but are not done staging. Next will be to see if it has spread. The scary thing is they think she may have had the tumor for 25 years and that is a long time. We really have no clue when this cancer started. Thank you for all you notes, sweet words and concerns. Can I ask for prayer and kind thoughts? First that the cancer has not spread. Second, I will not go into details but my mother has other issues (one may be another cancer scare somewhere else) but we are worried that the treatment will cause her to have other problems. It is hard when you are battling several health issues at once. My mother is doing well, feeling confident and trusting God but also needs wisdom on how to proceed as they find out more.
