Well, no takeaway pizza was required last night!. Dinner was yummy and really light considering it had potatoes and pasta in it...mind you...they were in small amounts!. The home made pesto worked really well (basil, parsley and mint with the traditional parmasan, toasted pine nuts and olive oil) and, because we went traditional (olives over the green beans) it was a really fresh flavour! Having it again tonight :-)
