Well not the ending to the day we wanted, I started off 1st for the prefinal. I had a good result winning by 7 seconds. The final I started off 1st again, I was in third for a lap or two. I then moved to first very quickly. The kart was coming on good when disaster struck, the valve in the rim started to leak. This lead to a flat tire, forcing me to pull in and retire from the race on the 5th lap. Id like to thank my dad for working on the kart. I want to say a big thanks to James Sera for setting up my kart, along with J&A kart tuning for the outstanding engine! I want to also thank my mum, sister, Sam Sera and the Pike family for all there support.
