Well on the bright side, I took up the 21 day remove these 7 foods from my diet, they include, corn, soy, eggs, dairy, gluten, fructose, peanuts. I have lost 6 pounds. So one or more of these foods is not working for me. not sure which but guessing its the gluten and dairy. Also drinking a "fat flush" water make with sliced grapefruit, lemon, cucumber and mint. I can tell my tummy has lost some inches. Its only been one week. I feel better and have more energy...so something is working.
