Well once again, some asshole hacked our cell phone account and is using my number and now neither Bill or I have cell phone service. At&t is working to get us turned back on but its a huge pain in the ass, especially since Bill is on the road and needs his phone. They tell me i may have to go and get a new sim card for my phone. The only problem being, is that i have an Iphone and you cant open it. Guess theyre gonna have to cough up a new phone for me. This is the second time in two years. The first time, a guy saying he was Bills nephew went into an att kiosk and added a phone to our service. I cant understaned how he got away with this because when we first got my phone, they wouldnt let me change anything on the account unless Bill was there. Seems like an "inside" job.
