Well our ENT visit is tomorrow. Sadly, it looks like Im going to be paying for another CT (Again my wonderful luck)!! Our visit at St. Thomas Rutherford Hospital was excellent until the end of our visit when the Imaging Dept refused to give me a CD of the CT Images. They stated it was against their policy and I would need to return during Medical Records business hours. Furious is not even how I would describe how I felt. I called the hospital Medical Records Dept Friday morning and was told they would overnight the CD to me. Sat came and went with no CD. I called the hospital again today. They state they had FedEx the CD to me but yet cant find a tracking number and the guy who can find this information out is off today.... Far be it for me to say anything BUT Rutherford Hospital your so-called Policy is RIDICULOUS!! Thank You for charging MY insurance and expecting ME to pay for something YOU wont give me a copy of and NOW Im going to have to have repeated all over again!! YES Im sending a letter to your Hospital Administrator and your Mother Hospital Administrator in Nashville !!!!!
