Well pcworld/currys after sales is crap, store managers useless, would you buy a £450 laptop and expect to have it sent off for repairs.? Told to go to local store to diagnos problem to see if software or hardware, told they cant do it, so drive to Truro, their not even interested in diagnostics, we will bypass that and just send it for repair, must have been too much hard work. Speaking to one customer, she is back for third time of repair. Moral is dont buy from them, crap aftercare, once they got your money its talk very much, not impressed one bit, my laptop is only 2 months old, shouldnt even need a repair!!!! Pissed off too right
