Well, pre surgery clean-out done. Well its in, anyway. Not sure how long until its all out. Should be soon. Gum I forgot Id swallowed around age 4 just came out. So there shouldnt be much of anything left in me! Check in is 615 and surgery scheduled for 745. Figure a 5.5 hour surgery should have me waking and asking for coffee around 1pm. I dont remember, but they said that was first thing I asked for after April surgery. I know Rick Coup will be surprised at my drink choice! Kindle loaded with books to read, laptop will be packed for me, and some 198 lives on my phone for candy crush. I think Im as ready as Im going to be. My sister has my log in info to keep everybody up to date in case Im too out of it tomorrow. Lets just say Im hoping to be! Im looking forward to a big day long nap! Thanks for all the prayers and well wishes for tomorrow! One of us will update. Ill also let you all know when my sense of humor has returned. Right now Im not happy to be getting a colostomy, but happy to be getting better quality of life. Im not happy I have to go in hospital for surgery, but Im looking forward to day of nap. Also, like a normal person, scared to death to be going in for surgery (there is a reason I never had any before all this!), and Im not enjoying this clear liquid diet thing after taking in whole 238g bottle of Murilax. Again, cant be much left in me. It wasnt any different the colonoscopy prep. Well, yes it was worse. Colonoscopy you drink bottle over two different time periods with a little break. This was taking it all at once. Well whole bottle mixed in 2 quarts of your choice of clear liquid in 8oz glass every 10 minutes. Pretty sure I was sloshing when I walked. So dont be me and put off learning whats up your butt! Get checked with colonoscopy the easy way! I am now hungry, have 7 meals in freezer and chicken noodle soup waiting for me when I get out. I am clear liquid diet for rest of night and that steak in freezer is calling my name. As is the ice cream. So Im going to bed so I cant hear them anymore! Me and my charming personality will be back later this week!
