Well, size 8 here I come..... The 10s are getting to big. I am still in awe, never ever thought Id get to 14 I struggled to stay at 16 for years, not always successful. I wore 20 at one time, yikes. I feel so much better, life seems so much brighter. And believe it or not its the oils. I have changed nothing else. Plus, I could go on and on about sleep, blood pressure, heart palpitation, reflux, anxiety. ALL of it is better Im slowing decreasing meds along the way. Its simply a win win for my family. And my mom, oh my, she is preaching oils to everyone that will listen. They have changed her life too.
