Well, some people may wish to crucify me for posting this link, but dont shoot the messenger. Its true. I dont recall reading anything in the Bible that prohibits anyone from owning slaves, but even worse -- even though Dusty Smith did not mention it in his far-from-being-objective rant -- the Koran actually encourages the taking of slaves, especially those women and children that became the spoils of war in any Jihad when their husbands and fathers refused to be converted to Islam and had been put to the sword. Its not much of a distinction between the two, except that wars were fought over the abolition of slavery, wars in which the better part of a million white men were sacrificed to liberate black slaves. Aside from that, no Christian country I know of permits it to be legal for anyone to own slaves, but many Muslim still do. You dont believe that?
