Well summer is here and we have been busy making some changes and additions to our Burkeshore family and facility. We have started the construction of our NEW Service Department office attached to the shop. We have been steadily growing our service department work load and in an effort to better serve our customers we realized the need for a separate service department. So this spring we broke ground on a new service office where customers can go in and get their boats serviced. With that addition we needed a dedicated Service Manager to oversee the work load and ensure quality to our customers. That brings us to a new addition to our crew. Mitch Johnson joined out team last month, Mitch has many years of service managing experience and brings lots of ideas and enthusiasm to our team. When you come in for service this summer, look for our new service department at the shop. Mitch will be waiting to get you back on the water. We also have a new face on the parts counter in the main building. Russ Harrison has join us to help us in a variety of roles. Russ has a extensive background in inventory management and customer service. Russ is new to the marine industry but has no shortage of passion to help our customers enjoy their summers at Big Lake. Each year we make improvements to Burkeshore, we continue to bring value to the Big Lake community and make Big Lake a destination to enjoy. Thank you all for your support.
