Well surgery went well yesterday they fused my L4-L5/S1 in pain but not as bad as I was, while they where removing a extremely damaged disc they found a chunk of bone from a vertebrae they dont know where it cam from but taking this slow is hard, I am not allowed to lift more than 5 lbs. For next 4 weeks and have to wear a back brace 24/7. I appreciate all the prayers I got I will now be home in recovery for next 4-6 weeks...hoping I will recover quick and can get back to work but at least I am on the recovering end of this
