Well, talked to Microsoft this morning. They would not refund my money. Someone somewhere opened an xbox account with my debit card and charged 4 games, thats why I had four identical charges in a row. It was done at about 7:30 in the morning while I was driving to work. Microsoft tried to make me feel like I charged the games. I told them my husband is handicapped and I am 63 years old and we dont own an xbox. They said they could not refund the money to me because I dont have a Microsoft account. Really? They could take money out of my bank account but cant put it back in the same account? Anyway, thanks to Charlotte at Banterra, we filled out a fraud report and it will be sent to Microsoft. Charlotte said I will probably get my money back but it will take longer. It would have been so much easier if Microsoft would have just given me back my money. So much for thinking Microsoft was a reputable company.
