Well thank you Agnes Rothney for the nomination. I have managed to think of 7 random things. I now nominate Diane Hogg, Carol Cardosi and Stella Marland! Here goes.... 1. I apparently squeezed to death our goldfish by cuddling them and my granda who bought them kept complaining to the shop about them dying! (I cant promise this as a 100% validated fact as I was less than 3!) 2. I have a tendency to break my wrist (4 times now). The last time it was in a lovely s shape and I made the mistake of showing Dave in the car whilst he drove me to hospital and he rolled down the window and threw up. 3. I own a battered old hard back notebook with Minnie mouse on the cover. It is filled with poems I wrote from age 10 to 17. 4. I hated cats up until an elderly one called tootsie started visiting. She belonged to my neighbour. Tootsie became very ill and incontinent. I would get two bath towels folded on my lap and let her cuddle in then bathe her if she had an accident. I was heartbroken when she died and have had cats ever since. All rescue cats, mishka, Sophie, sassy and gypsy but now also have Alfie whom I stole from Cathrine Mighten. And no they arent all here. Only gypsy and Alfie as the rest all passed away. 5. I love to cook and once made the mistake 14 years ago of making pizza from scratch. Now I have to do it every Saturday or my kids strop. 6. I have two best friends who mean the world to me and they just happen to be sisters 7. I am a trained learning disability nurse and never once did I ever recall wanting to be a nurse as a child. I ended up one by accident but looking back it was meant to be and very heavily influenced growing up alongside a lovely man called Neil (David Cridge). :-)
