Well thank you one and all for your good wishes on this day ,especially those of you who hoped I might be able to relax !!! So the day went like this ,out at 7 am to sort dogs and feed the chickens and Patridges ! That done so up farm to feed the bulls and cows ,count and check ,thois is always a problem as I only have 5 digits on each hand and so 10 is the biggest number and their are 28 in one field 39 in the next and 11 in the back paddocks !!!!! Oh and 23 in the back yard ,and 47 in the hill field it gets so confusing when one is a year older ,I mean I did it so easy yesterday !!!!!! Had a coffe then over to doodlebug field to see if Tom needed a hand to unloade the 196 big bales ,but he was ok ,So checked loader over when he was done ,yes I did remeber to water the plants round Peters house ,I then went to 14 acer field and stood up all 168 big bales in heapes of 8 so that we could move them down to one of our outside stacks ,and as Tom finished tedding the next hay field to help it dry at about 6pm I then moved all the bales using a tractor with a machine on the back which picks up the blocks of 8 and took then to stack for Tom to load in !!!!!!! and have at about 8.30 pm just finished that and then spent a hour feeding round and filling water tanks in the farm yard so at last have time for a Whisky and coke ,but weight I am up at 3 am and to a mate by 4 am to pick him up and get to the Game Fair for just the day tommorow . might even see some of you their !!! It will be a long day as a lot of stalls stay open till 7 pm or so on the Friday !!!! Might just get to bed by midnight !!!! Once again thanks to you all for your thoughts
