Well, that little warm spell (running in shorts & short sleeved shirt) didnt last long! I believe the Polar Vortex is arriving in West Tennessee! We were supposed to run Tuesday & Thursday, but when we saw how cold it was going to be Thursday morning (5-10*F with wind chill of -10*) we changed our schedule. It was still quite cold out this morning...it was 21*, but felt like 10* and was pretty windy. I had on a fleece lined Nike top, Koppen fleece jacket, Athleta reflective vest, Athleta fleece tights, PRO Compression calf sleeves, Swiftwick Socks wool socks, 2 pair of gloves, and Buff. People in the South just arent used to these temps, but if I can keep from running on the dreadmill...I will! It was so cold that my Nuun Hydration even froze on my water bottle! :)
