Well that was painless, a phone call to my insurers this morning... My 2nd claim in 2 months for soaking the camera in the sea... Being told my premium will stay the same at £20 per month, but my excess will be £100 on this claim, which I wouldve been prepared to put up with... Oh, hang on! she says - Let me see what I can do... Let me put you on hold for a minute. Moments later - Its okay, Im going to keep your excess at £50.00 for this one! - Bloody marvellous :-)
