Well the Future of Nutrition Conference is over and yet you can still listen in for free until 5 pm Sunday, Feb. 2 due to some tech probs, you can listen to yesterdays (Day 5 and four others who were really great, Dr. Perlmutter, Dr. Mark Hyman, Sayerji, and Liz Lipski. I just heard Scott Pittman talk about Permaculture, how very inspiring and how we ought to be growing our food and having our lives forever1 Lots came from the Indigenous people who know so much more about keeping the balance while growing food. Scott says Our canary right now is planet earth. He highly recommends a book, Sacred Economics. Sounds great. He runs The Permaculture Institute & you can reach him at permaculture.org. Says lots of free videos, short but showing how to compost etc, Bill Mulleson has free lessons, 72 hours worth for free and Utube also has lots. He also recommends Gaias Garden and says research who you study with as some people got in to make a lot of $, but the integretiy may not be quite there nor the knowledge he says.
