Well the Insurance company called and said that it will be until June 10th before my rambler gets fixed....Now this is when you find out who your friends are....Cousin Andy came thru and hes going to get me to work and home...Big Daddy Davis got me home today....My Buddy Ray Bass called and asked me if I needed a ride to call him...Donna and Kevin came by to help me and the family get to the store...My washing machine has been broke and its getting repaired and all these folks said they would help me with that too...I Have some great friends ever were I have lived...Back home in Eastover SC were I was born My folks had friends that would always help each other in times of need ..When I moved to Memphis I found folks just like back home....I always found folks willing to help.. good people....When I moved to Winston Salam I found good folks like that....In every place I have lived I came across good folks who would go out there way to help...Now today I needed some help high on this Mountain and here come my friends again....I am rich because I have friends....Now money is good and money could have done the same thing .Money would pay for all my problems...It would take care of me and solve my problems but there is a big difference...Money can not show you love or kindness .Money is cold and cut and dried like a road apple....Your glad it came along but you want keep it or preserve it...You will spend it. and never see it again...Friends will be there....They never lose there value and you can not counterfeit a friend....With all that said.. Money can not buy happiness.....and only a friend can understand if you say....Well.,l money can not buy happiness but if I win the 20 million dollar power ball lottery I sure WOULD LIKE TO TRY.....LOL
