Well, the Liberty City Council voted on changes to the Backyard Chicken Code tonight. The changes they voted on were: 1. Removing the neighbor signature requirement 2. Disallowing roosters & guinnea hens 3. Increasing the number of hens allowed to 6 The vote was 7-1 in favor of the changes :)!!!! Government works. It may take time, respect, & research (maybe a little humor) but a citizen can make changes to benefit our families & the community.
