Well the NC wedding was beautiful. Unfortunately, it ended with our first child related ER visit. ..My bets were on Carter but Piper got the prize :( . They did the sparkler exit and a piece of someones sparkler fell onto her and burnt her face, shoulder and neck (she pinned it between her cheek and shoulder in reaction to the pain and we couldnt see where it was in the dark) ..2nd and 3rd degree burns. She was a trooper in the ER...not crying while they had to trim her skin and clean charcoal out of the burns. Pray for a speedy recovery. ..wound care on a two year old is not fun for this momma :(
