Well the RSL truly had me speechless with their gym set up... I may be old school, but I was blown away when I got my program today because its all attached to this key that I insert into each machine, and it shows me my program on each machine too (no more recording anything). When doing the exercise it counts the reps for you and stops the machine for at least 30 seconds between reps. Ummm...wow! And its all accessed through smart phone via wifi there too or I can look it up at home. This is just a little unexpected flash!!
