Well the Rusty Raccoon made it home this evening but not without troubles. 45 was top speed and I almost didnt make it up the hill on the 1st exit north of hotel on I-72 on the way to lunch. Cutting out/stumbling about every second or so, kinda like fuel issues. Only started after I put gas in after the Museum cruise-in. I was only partially joking that Im lucky if itd make it the 25 miles. Thanks to Luis Chavez for being the only stranger to make a positive comment on it. I did have at least one kid walking by with their parent and the parent said something about it being a project car and the kid said looks like a good project to start with. That was pretty cool to me. (Then again my daughter was hoping to see a pink car there... well have to go to a show that Stephanie Raykovich is at sometime). However it looks like its time the R.R. goes into the shed for probably a few years... its at the $$ stage and with 2 kids under 3, 2 houses, and 6 other cars... well someday.
