Well, the State of Kentucky is no where as well in getting the VA - TopicsExpress

Well, the State of Kentucky is no where as well in getting the VA to release my medical records in order to prosecute the Doctor that harmed me. However, the battle is still open and raging as we escalate. Concessions for the benefit of all veterans are nice at this point, but it is still not a settled case. Please Note: Dear Mr Manley, I hope you had a good holiday. May I have an update on my complaint? I found out today Paducah added a new doctor and there are rumors he will be transferred to Illinois to get him out of your jurisdiction. I was at the VA today and was gathering intel. Also, if you are still having trouble getting my records, please contact the Office of the Secretary of VA @ 202-461-4800. I have Secretary McDonalds cell number as well should you need it. Have a great day! Ron Hobson Reply: Steve Manley 3:39 PM (15 minutes ago) to me Mr. Hobson, We did have a good Christmas I hope you did as well, thanks for asking. As for your investigation, I am sorry to say that I have heard nothing from the VA and don’t really expect to at this point. I will be in Louisville in the morning for a Board meeting, I will meet with my chief counsel and Executive Director while I am there and get some advice on how to deal with this situation. I will get back with you on this, Steve Manley
