Well, the beef brisket turned out quite nice.I actually cooked it for a total of about 18 hours and I can see why it should be cooked for 22. hrs. How ever i did not want to take a chance on cooking it the rest of the night without supervision. This morning I cut it up cold and there was a lots of juice coming out of it. It is not fall apart but its not tough. I cut it in to thin strips and have it in a cast iron pan. It is very tasty, and It is just sitting there waiting for you to come in, toss it on a bun and eat it up. Have a great day every one.
