Well the day ended with some excitement. Going out moms apartment to watch the lighted parade, she slipped on some ice and fell flat on her back and head. She never lost consciousness but her head hurt badly. Thank the good Lord we were next to the fire station and the first responders were right there to help her. She was taken to the hospital in Albert Lea and CT scans of her head, neck and lower back were fine. She had a mild concussion and a lot of pain in back of her head and lower back. They gave her some IV pain medicine that she had a reaction to. After 4-1/2 hours in the ER shes home resting.
