Well the destruction of Black leadership by the FBI and others is largely responsible for the chaos we find today With Martin and Malcolm gone (and their organizations destroyed or neutralized), with the Black Panthers gone, and with mass poverty and economic dislocation continuing, it stands to reason that we would get a lot of negativism. The most advanced sisters and brothers have been replaced by jive entertainers, self-interested politicians, drug dealers and thugs. We must create new leaders, new organizations and new ways of revitalizing our communities and our Struggle.
