Well, the gallbladder ultrasound which included my spleen, pancreas, liver, bile ducts, and right kidney came back showing nothing except some fatty tissue in my liver and pancreas - which the nurse explained is common, especially if youre overweight. She didnt offer that so as not to offend me Im guessing, but I asked why the fatty tissue in the liver and pancreas. So its my fault she told me Im fat..haha. I really do need to lose at least 30-40lbs. Oh, she also said there are no masses, just the fibroids. They are sending the report to my PCP to review. Apparently the nausea is coming from the fibroids. Im still a little anxious about the liver and pancreas although she said its common, and Ive been reading everything I can find on the Internet which concurs with what she said. I guess Im all set for my pre-op on February 2, and surgery on February 5.
