Well the last couple of days have been very good. Odd that it starts off real fast, then slows down and then gets busy again after 8 pm. We have served several of the grilled Jalapenos and everyone really liked them. Hope to pick up 10 lbs today so we can serve them to whomever wants them before I eat the bulk of them. Oddly enough once you remove the seeds there is almost no burn at all. Just the taste of the pepper and the bacon. We also have sold 142 pieces of the HOME MADE peach cobbler so far.
