Well, the pulled muscle in my back got waaaay worse this morning and my breathing became labored, hot flashes, felt pukey, had sharp pains all the way from shoulder to fingertips. We realized that it was NOT a pulled muscle, it was the warning signs of a heart attack.... Sonia and I have been here at University Hospital since 2pm. My EKG seemed normal to the tech, but the doctor has the factual diagnosis which I will receive when called to the back in a few. Not really scared as much as grateful for who and what I have, had, accomplished, loved and experienced. Not trying to be grim or cryptic , but we will all be here at some point and I have an undeterred faith that things will be okay, regardless. Those of you who know me, know I acquired a severe case of anxiety that does not leave me about 10 years ago. Partying and being wild does that eventually to some people. Me being one of them. It is the SOLE REASON that I do not perform much anymore. My worst nightmare... losing my voice to you all. I am sure that I will be fine, I have Sonia by my side and faith in heart. Plus, I have work to do... no time to be laying around dyin...
