Well the second part of my weight loss plan is diet. I have a healthy breakfast and lunch minus simple carbs. This means I cleanse my system of sugars. This means cakes, candy, white starchy foods. I replaced them with complex carbs portion controls. Drinking plenty of water. Increased protein and decreasing the afternoon let my hair down drink. The most important part of losing the weight is go to bed and get at least 8 hrs of rest. Thanks Kevin for the encouragement and support.
