Well there is a first for me today, a double run! 5.5 early ones with Adrienne & 7 miles in the magnificent Warrington sunshine joining up with Mr Clipstone. And I have to say, being the diplomat that I am, that I enjoyed each one equally as much as the other of course ;-) Thanks Chap & Chapess I did used to think that double running was a little odd and wondered why on earth people would do it but I suppose when you think about it I have just done 12.5 miles with an extended refueling break in the middle of it. Even if that refueling did consist of a bacon sandwich, several cups of coffee and a big fat triple chocolate muffin. Come to think of it this is EXACTLY my kind of running! 219.2 miles now for April with just one more day of eating, I mean running, left in the month. Nom..Nom....
