Well they blinked first. We got a great new contract which is 5 years with 1 option to renew. The terms are steep but fair. I got everything that I wanted including an incredible letter of support from all parties. So crisis averted. As always you guys keep me sane and fighting. Thank you for your amazing support and great advice. I am still learning this world and position. Out front and without a net....but go big or go home......so I reviewed everything with my attorney....dug my heels in and drew my line in the sand. I won.
