Volume One - 245 pages Volume Two - 248 pages Taking orders now. Cost of Volume One and Volume Two is $25 individually plus $3.00 shipping. If you buy Volume One and Volume Two together the cost is $45 plus $5 shipping. I highly doubt that shipped books will make it by Christmas however.
