Well, this is definitely the first time I am quoting a CYBEX spokesman, but I totally agree. Many people go to the gym and focus on the muscles they see in the mirror: their biceps, pecs, deltoids. However, what about the muscles that keep you sitting up straight? The muscles in the back of your shoulders are incredibly important for shoulder health, neck health, and looking healthy. By improving your posture and pulling back your shoulder blades a lot of stress is removed from your cervical spine (neck) and your shoulder joint is better equipped to handle any exercise or trauma that you subject it to.
