Well this is interesting. If you are photographer in Hungary, more specifically a street photographer. You cannot take photos if there are people present in the frame/shot as of March 15 this year, if you do, you are breaking the law. I get that Street Photography is some what iffy in terms of publishing and royalties that should be paid to respective persons who are present in the photo - most of whom.do not know that they are even being photographed, but surely that is a step too far? What about photojournalists and photojournalism? Im not well versed in ethics and ethical discourses, but surely street photography as an art form should not be labelled as an invasion of privacy.
