Well this is interesting. Today I received my Target mea culpa letter, inviting me to accept one-year free credit monitoring. The problem is I have not been in a Target store in I-cant-remember-when. I dont own a debit card, have not shopped at Target since I bought a wedding gift from their registry so long ago I dont even remember who the bride and groom were.
