His playfulness and and baiting of overly-serious readers led me to his fiction, which I have enjoyed greatly. The following review is for Max’s book length fiction, not short stories, and employs the same format he used for his Stephen King review, which has since been copied numerous times, rarely giving credit where credit is due.
