Well...this is not the post I wanted to write tonight. I so wish to bring joy to my friends lives, and this...well this makes me feel like Debbie Downer. (And not the Debbie Downer when Lindsay Lohan guest hosted SNL and they were laughing thru the whole sketch) I met with my nuero-surgeon today...not the best news. The tumor has grown. You can see from the pic, the left side was the day after surgery. The right is today, almost 6mos later. Apparently it more than doubled in size which is roughly 5x faster than normal growth for this sort of thing. Disconcerting to say the least. This takes my rare tumor and makes it hyper rare by the way it is acting. So...radiation here I come! Hopefully will do that in 2 weeks from now...ish. Blah. Thank you for your prayers.
