Well, this is really weird. Cant recall if it ever happened to me before . . . But check this out! I had two leaves of Le Prekrasnaia that I set down on 6/5 under a dome along with other leaves, and this is the result. I also cant figure out why I left the petiole so long when I set the leaf, as I usually cut at an angle about an inch below the leaf. Regardless, note the roots that are attached to the mother leaf! The other leaf has sprouted a baby at the soil level. Does anyone know what would cause this oddity? Im tempted to let it continue on the mother leaf as I need to figure out how to not damage the roots that have already developed in the air on the leaf.
